EO-LA’s Board of Directors, with the help of MAYA’s President Luis Vasquez-Ajmac (EO-LA Communication Chair), hosted an ambitious fundraising event on Sept. 26, 2009, to raise monetary support and awareness for the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organization (IREO), a non-profit organization promoting and delivering renewable sources of energy to help bring sustainability to underdeveloped communities while creating a better and cleaner world.
